The Invoice Number can be found on the invoice you received from ISDA. It consists of three different sets of numbers separated by a dash.
The Customer Identification Number (CIN) can be found on the invoice you received from ISDA. It consists of a sensible word and a group of alpha numberic characters separated by a dash.
The Account Passphrase can be found on the the Web Portal Announcement Letter you received from ISDA. It consists of a sensible word and a group of alpha numberic characters separated by a dash.
Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters in length containing both upper and lower case alphanumeric characters with at least one non-alphanumeric character such as: (!#$%^&*).
